It has RockShox SetPoint basically allowing me to have either 'high' or 'low' travel. 140mm being high and 100mm being low. But yea I have to figure out how to work that first..

I would be shattered too, gym can give you a proper workout. And not much, just the frame,wheels headset and tyres to get now.
